Kindergarten:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Pastoral Recommendation Form
- Registration & Tuition Agreement
- Application form
Grades 1 to 8:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Pastoral Recommendation Form, if applicable
- Copies of Report Card or Progress Report
- Two Confidential Teacher Recommendations
- Copies of any Educational or Standardized Testing
- Registration & Tuition Agreement
- Application form
