MON Soccer plays in the Archdicese of Washingtown Catholic Youth Organizations (CYO) for grades 3rd to 8th. Second graders play in SAM (Soccer Association of Montgomery). In additon, Kindergarten through 1st grade children program is an instructional, non-competitive league where the basic skills of soccer are taught along with teamwork and good sportsmanship hosted at MON.
Varsity Soccer - 7th and 8th Grade
CYO is an competitive interschool tournament league with playoffs. Games are held at the Maryland Soccerplex and schools across Montogmery County. Players are required to attend a skills evaluation and are placed on teams based on the evalutions.
Junior Varsity Soccer - 5th and 6th Grade

Rookies Soccer - 3rd and 4th Grade
MON 3rd and 4th graders play in the Archdicese of Washingtown Catholic Youth Organizations (CYO). Games are held at schools across Montogmery County. Players are required to attend a skills evaluation.
Cadets Soccer - 2nd Grade
MON offers a 2nd grade program through SAM (Soccer Association of Montgomery). Generally more advanced 2nd grade players move up to SAM while those who are looking for additional instruction stay with the K-1 program.
K-1 Soccer
MON''s K-1 Soccer program begins in the fall around mid-September and is open to all Kindergarten through 1st grade children from MON School or our member parishes. The K-1 Soccer program is an instructional, non-competitive league where the basic skills of soccer are taught along with teamwork and good sportsmanship. Teams practice once during the week and play games on Saturday mornings. The Saturday mornings begin with a brief practice then teams are split into two groups, one with more advanced players and one with beginners. Teams more advanced and beginner groups play against other teams respective groups so games are as evenly balanced as possible. Score is not kept in games and the emphasis is on instruction and having fun. The season lasts approximately 8 weeks and ends with trophies for the kids the last week.
