A Series of Etiquette and Dance Instruction (Cotillion)
Mary of Nazareth School hosts a program of ballroom dance and etiquette lessons for 8th grade students taught by professional instructors. In its eighth year, our Cotillion Program gives a student the opportunity to develop a lifetime of social graces. When a student enters social situations with others their age, he/she has the opportunity to enter it with grace, poise and confidence because of their participation in the Cotillion Program. Eighth grade students are invited from Montgomery County Catholic schools interested in participating in the program. We offer four dance and etiquette instruction sessions and a tutorial dinner and dance on our fifth evening. This is a fee based, by invitation program with a dress code of appropriate clothing for young women and men.
