Our extended family members are a vital part of our community. The Development Office maintains a mailing list of extended family members so that they may be included in school activities and mailings. At the beginning of each school year we ask new families for their extended family contact information. New families may go to the Extended Family form and print it out, complete it and send it to the Development Office. Current families who need to update their contact information may complete the update form or email hlong@maryofnazareth.org
